He has been selling the Auction way ever since. He is a member of the Virginia Auctioneers Association and is Licensed and Bonded here in Virginia. James is very knowledgeable about the auction world and can always find a way to help the sellers get the most bang for their buck. He runs auctions out of Roanoke at 1304 E. Washington Ave Vinton, VA from time to time. Since he has moved to Harrisonburg, he has started to run Online Only Auctions out of the Harrisonburg at 2333 Melrose Road. Harrisonburg, Va. 22802 Location

Staff: James has a great staff that are very knowledgeable, friendly and hard working. Tammy Bush takes care of the Clerking and cashier. She is also behind the scenes in setting up the items for Auction. If you have a question she is the one to find during the auction. Then there is Paul and Annette who are always there and keeping things running smooth.

When we have Live Auctions in Roanoke, James has 2 Auctions periodically. Thursday Night James has the Thursday Night Sellers Choice Auction. James has 6 sellers and each seller has their own table they set up and hold items up for auction. By doing this the seller saves on the cost of selling. Each seller is allowed to have 45 different items. Each item can have up to 5 duplicates and the seller has the choice to sell more than one item of the same thing based on the selling price of the first item. This has become very popular way to sell by Auction. The Seller pays a table fee and a percent of final sales. Saturday, James has his Saturday Auction. This is were you really find the items you looking for. He is constantly on the look out for items to put in this Auction. He has a back log of Estates, large and small ready to be sold the Auction Way in the Saturday Auction. Keep an eye out for Auctions at the Roanoke Auction House, he posts them on Facebook, Auction zip, and on here.

More Options: James also does On-Line only Auctions. This allows even more exposure of your items because it allows bidders to bid from any where.   James will also sell your items via Website or Facebook or Craigslist. This opens the door for any item to be sold for the maximum return. James has set up his on-line operation with experienced staff to ensure your needs are met. Nothing to small or too large for James at the Wells Auction Services.

James is always ready to take the Auction to the seller. James can set up almost anywhere and conduct an On Sight Auction. Sometimes we bring the Auction to your location. We have everything we need to have an Online or Live Auction at your location.

For Charities who need fund raising James can help there as well. James has used the Auction way to help many non-profits raise money for their causes. James can help your charity too, Give him a call and see what we can do for you.

I Lost a Friend:
I lost a special friend today
the kind you can't replace,
and looking at her empty bed
I still can see her face.
I know she's in a special place
our Lord has for such friends,
Where meadows, fields & flowers
help make them strong and whole again.
I know she's watching over me
She'll be with me when I cry,
So with one more kiss on her beloved head
I told my friend goodbye.

With warm and loving regards for Sayde.
